Viewing and Adding Past Medical History, Family and Social History.

The method of selecting and entering information is the same for each category. In the below example, we demonstrate the steps using the Family History category.

Click PFSH on the side of the Patient Dashboard and click Family Hx. From this screen, you can view family history that has been entered into the system. To add, click the + icon. — Click PFSH on the side of the Patient Dashboard and click Family Hx. From this screen, you can view family history that has been entered into the system. Search for and select the correct keyword. Once you have added the correct details, click Save. — Search for and select the correct keyword. Once you have added the correct details, click Save.
