Update past, family, and social history.

Access the History Section



Click More in the header and select History.

 


Click on the Past, Family, or Social tab to see that history section.

 

Add Info


 


Click on the plus icon to add a new history record.

 


Fill out the required fields and any additional fields that are relevant. When done, click Save to update the history table.

 

Remove Info


 


Click on the trash can icon to remove an incorrect record from your history.
