Transfer Appointments

Use the Transfer appointments feature to easily move multiple appointments from a particular date, provider, location, status to another.

Click Transfer Appointments.

Select the appointment that you wish to transfer. This can be done by using the search terms at the top, such as date range, provider, location and status. Results will display (see below).

Once you have selected the appointment, select the transfer date, transfer provider, transfer location and transfer status from the bottom menu options. After selecting the transfer details, Click Transfer.

Click Yes to confirm the transfer of appointments.
