Setup charge transactions.

What is a Charge Transaction?

Charge transactions are the actual charges associated with a specific procedure code.


Access Procedure Codes

Click Utilities icon in upper right of screen.


Click Utilities icon in upper right of screen.

 


Select Practice Setup, and then select Procedure Codes.

Access Charge Transactions Setup

Identify the procedure code for the charge transaction. If you do not see it on the procedure codes list, add it as a favorite. Click on the blue icon to the left of the code. You will be taken into the Charge Transaction Code area. You can assign needed items to a code, such as fee schedules, NDC codes, CLIA Lab, etc.)
