Reference Source
Reference source allows a group to document and monitor how a patient is referred to the practice such as via social media, website, ValPak, etc. These reference sources would be entered in the patient demographics.
In order to access the reference source, click Utilities icon in the upper right corner. Next, click Company Master and Recall Messages.
