Generate a new referral

View referrals

Generate a New Referral

Click Referrals and click +Add on the patient dashboard. — Click Referrals and click +Add on the patient dashboard.

Enter referral information and click Preview. — Enter referral information and click Preview.

Click Save & Send to have the form faxed to the number entered above. Click Save & Print to print out the PDF. For both options, the referral will be saved on the patient dashboard. — Click Save & Send to have the form faxed to the number entered above. Click Save & Print to print out the PDF. View Referrals

Click Referrals. — Click Referrals.

Click the Page icon to view the existing referral. — Click the Page icon to view the existing referral.
