Patient billing history and appointment requests.

Billing History


 

Patients can view their billing history in one centralized location within their Patient Health Records. Once a patient logs into the PHR, they will see Billing Summary in the bottom right of the screen.

 
 


From here, they can see a complete history of all payments made to the practice that have been entered in the software.

 

Enhanced Appointment Request

Patients can select the appointment type for their visit, streamlining the workflow for your staff responding to and scheduling these requests.


 


Directly below the provider selection, patients have access to a dropdown of appointment types, which automatically pull from the appointment types you've already set up in the Scheduler section.
