Cancelling appointments.
Access an Appointment
Navigate to the appointment calendar to access appointments.
Select the appointment that needs to be canceled.
Update the Appointment Status
Select any of the following appointment statuses to cancel the appointment.
Canceled
Late cancellation
Deleted
Canceled by Provider
Discontinued
Next, click Yes on the confirmation pop-up.
Selecting any one of the above appointment statuses will automatically trigger the following actions to ensure the successful cancellation of appointments:
Updates the appointment status
Sends out a cancellation email to the patient
Stops all reminder calls associated with the appointment
