Add an active patient diagnosis.

Click Problems on the left side of the patient dashboard. Click + to add a diagnosis.

In the pop-up, you can search for a diagnosis or ICD code. Enter the information into the search bar and click the green arrow on the right.

Select the correct problem by clicking the yellow + on the left side of the pop-up.

Once you have added all of the patient diagnoses, click Save.
