Accepting Patient Health Record Documents

Click PHR Documents on the left side of the provider dashboard.

This screen will show all of the patient health record documents that have been submitted. It will show what patient it is for and allow you to preview the document. To preview it, click view.

To accept the document and add it to the patient's chart, click accept.

Ignoring Patient Health Record Documents

Click PHR Documents on the left side of the provider dashboard.

To ignore the document, select the checkbox and click Delete Selected.
