Florida Medicaid Providers Only: Action Needed by 10/1/2022
For existing Florida Medicaid providers, an agreement must be signed before October 1, 2022. If you are a new Florida Medicaid provider, you must sign an agreement once you receive access to the web portal. A CEO, President or Administrator of the provider can sign the agreement. Failure to sign will make the agreement voidable by the Agency. To distribute the funds appropriated for the Medicaid provider minimum wage requirement, AHCA has been instructed to increase Medicaid managed care reimbursement rates and certain Medicaid fee-for-service fee schedules.

Each Medicaid provider in your practice must complete and sign the attestation. You can access and sign the agreement via Medicaid's secure web portal at: https://home.flmmis.com.
